Welcome to the MoShipCo website ("Site") and our services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Site, or by engaging with our fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

 

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Momentum Shipping Company d/b/a MoShipCo ("MoShipCo", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 553 N Kays Dr, Kaysville, UT 84037.

Use of the Site and Services. You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, server, or networks connected to the Site.

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site

 

Communications and SMS/Text Messaging. By providing your phone number on our website forms, Facebook lead ads, or other contact points, and by checking any applicable box or submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from MoShipCo.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment and discovery call reminders and confirmations

  • Warehouse visit scheduling notifications

  • Quote follow-ups and service updates

  • Other informational or customer service-related communications regarding your fulfillment inquiry

 

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded messages to the phone number you provide. To Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You may also contact us at the phone number or email provided on the Site to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out does not affect your ability to use our Site or Services.

 

Standard Messaging Disclosure: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property. The Site, its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by MoShipCo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoShipCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services.

 

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoShipCo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services or violation of these Terms.

 

Changes to Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
